At Wild Rose Interiors, we want your home décor to reach you quickly and safely. We provide reliable UK options designed to make receiving your order effortless. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about costs, timeframes, and how to track your parcel.

Standard UK postage
  • £5.99 for orders under £50 3-5 days
  • FREE postage for orders over £50 3-5 days
  • A signature is required for most parcels
  • Updates and tracking provided via selected courier
  • We cannot be held responsible for items left in your chosen safe place

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally

Returns

Returns Guidelines
  • Items must be returned within 40 days of purchase.
  • Customers are eligible for a full refund within this timeframe if the items are faulty or unusable.
  • All returned items must be in unused, original condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items not meeting these conditions or for items damaged during return transit. For fragile items, please ensure they are packaged securely. Contact us for advice if needed.

Postage
Postage costs are non-refundable for returns based on personal preference (e.g not liking the product).
We cannot refund courier fees already fulfilled.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage, including all packaging.
  • Do not return damaged items without our instructions. If we require the item back, we will inform you and refund postage costs for confirmed faulty items.


Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.
